Shipping policy
Y'all, here's how we get your gear to you.
We're a family outfit shipping out of Loxahatchee, Florida, and we pack every order like it's going to our own kin.
Where we ship
- We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
- Military families, we've got y'all covered. We're a military family ourselves, so we're proud to ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Thank you for your service! 🇺🇸
- We don't ship outside the US right now.
What it costs
Shipping is figured at checkout based on how much your order weighs and how fast you want it:

Free Economy shipping on orders of $125 or more. Yep, free. You're welcome. 🫏
How long it takes
- Packing time: we get orders packed and out the door within 2 business days (Monday through Friday, not counting holidays).
- Carrier: we ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the option you pick.
- In a hurry? Pick USPS Priority Mail (1–3 days) or UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days) at checkout, and the price is figured right there based on your order. Delivery times start counting once your package leaves our hands, and the carrier sets the final timing.
- Military addresses: APO/FPO/DPO packages go by USPS only, since UPS doesn't deliver to military mail. They can take a little longer once they leave the States, so give 'em some extra time.
- Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it.
Local pickup (The Acreage, FL)
Live close by? Pick Local Pickup at checkout, and it's always free. Your order's usually ready within 24 hours. We'll let you know when it's ready and how to find us. Just bring your confirmation email when you come to get it.
Pre-orders
If something you order is marked as a pre-order, it'll ship as soon as it comes in. If you order pre-order items with in-stock items, we'll let you know whether we're sending it all together or in separate packages.
Lost, late, or busted packages
If your package shows up damaged, you got the wrong item, or tracking stalls out, holler at us right away at john@countryassshit.com and we'll make it right.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package gets sent back to us because of a wrong address, holler at us and we'll send it back out to the right one once the new postage is covered.
Returns
We take returns within 15 days of you getting your order. Items need to be unworn and unused, with the tags on and in the original packaging. Email us first at john@countryassshit.com, and if your return's approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned. You'll find all the details in our Refund Policy.
